Sylvia Crunden is the author of “Please Don’t Pop My Bubble!” and "Bullying is Never Okay!"  She is an experienced elementary teacher that has worked in Connecticut for 22 years.  She has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She would like to write a series with these exciting characters to teach lessons in fun and exciting ways.   She wants to help as many children as possible with social skills.  She is inspired to write this book for her two nephews and the students she teaches.  She is also inspired by other children’s book authors because she has been able to use their books for enjoyment and as resources to help teach students.  She is hopeful this book will help parents with their children at home.

She loves spending time with her family and is extremely close to her two nephews.  Sylvia has many hobbies including playing sports such as volleyball and softball.  She was a firefighter for 13 years and is a certified EMT.  She is a floral designer and loves to create arrangements for weddings.
